Happy to see you guys finished at or under par.
Many of us wish you had won. It would have made it much sweeter to beat you when you got back to the real world.

I had 3 goals 1. no 6's (had one on 800+ ft. Par 5) 2. No OB (had one go ob in 4th round only) 3. Place in double digits (accomplished!. 82nd)
Missed semis by 2 strokes just glad it wasn't 1 cuz I threw one like 15 ft into ground and 4'd a hole. Spud. I got ya 167 champ Vulcan
All and all was awesome time and got to meet a crap ton of people! The courses were sick and I did my best rounds at the 2nd hardest course

I thought the courses in NC were awesome. Think Great Seal on steroids. Very woodsy with some long holes, some with fairways wide enough for a motorcycle. This was my fourth World's and my best finish. My goal this year was to be in the final nine and if my putting had cooperated I would have been there. Everyone I threw with was great. I visited to the Innova Eastern Headquarters located in South Carolina. I had several people text and call me wishing me well and I want to thank each and every one of you. Thanks. I threw poorly Friday and slipped to eighth place but finished strong in the semi finals round to move to fifth place with 108 in my division.

Hunt, It was a crazy World's for me. My AC in my car broke and I could not get it fixed before I left. Tuesday my camera was stolen from the course, made me mad so I went no where Tuesday night. Wednesday I got lost for an hour, by the time I got to the motel all I wanted was to sit in the AC. Thursday I went to the Innova site. Friday night I got sick. Too much Gatorade. Honestly, I was drinking two a day and my body said no more. Saturday I hung out with some guys I threw with and after payout I took off. I had a long drive home. I was suppose to drive down with someone else but that is another story. All I wanted was to get home. Sorry I missed ya.

The following is a great story;
This 2012 PDGA World Championship story just keeps getting better. If you've been following the story we first reported last week regarding the 81 year old man who was walking with his wife at Reedy Creek Park in Charlotte, NC during the Advanced Senior Grandmasters competition and collapsed, you may be interested in knowing that Phillip Bryan, one of our very own disc golf players and Worlds competitors who was instrumental in saving the man's life has been in contact with the man's family and is happy to report that the man is doing well and being released from the hospital tomorrow. The Charlotte Observer newspaper has been in contact with Phillip and is doing a story for their paper. Phillip is a Registered Nurse who administered CPR to the man until paramedics arrived. According to paramedics had Phillip not been there at the right place and the right time, the man would likely have died. Like this story to show your support! Thanks to everyone for following and sharing this amazing story!
Phil responded with this statement;
You have to realize that I was not the first one there. Mike Buchanan from Ohio, Mike Whipple from Utah, Phil Rowe from Florida and I worked as a team to keep him alive. There was a doctor who showed up later as we were doing CPR but it was just a good effort by all involved to keep him alive until the paramedics arrived.

The guys on DiscGolfPlanet said that the guy died later the next morning. IMPORTANT LESSONS FOLKS: Don't believe everything you hear on the internet.
