Threw this "big boys" course today in Fairborn called the Handyman Ace Hardware DGC. In my humble opinion it is the most challenging course in Ohio. The course length is 8100 feet and that is from the short tees. I threw a 12 over and Tony threw a 21 over. For a comparison, Flat rocks is 4850 feet and Great Seal is 5468 feet. Tony and I both threw a six on hole nine to which Tony says he couldn't hit that basket from the tee pad in three with a 22 rifle. This is a must course for any serious golfer.

I was stationed at Wright-Patt back in the 80's. Whereabouts is the course located?

Its in the community park off of Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd close to where 675 crosses it. And if I added correctly, 12 over is course par so I guess I didn't do to bad. It was a fun course to play. HIGHLY recommend it. I'm thinking if you can be in single digets you had a real good game.
