We got through 2 terms of Bush and we now have a president who has done nothing but sold our decendants into slavery by bailing out Wall Street, banks and corporations. He is sending US troops overseas to kill people. The only name the government gives us as to the identity of our enemy is "terrorist". Are you safer?
Aside from the above . . .
Has anyone changed their views on 9-11 being an inside job?

This thread isn't about voting for Bush/Cheney, McCain/Milf, Obama/Whomever.
The question is:
With all the evidence that has been gathered (that which wasn't hastily destroyed) and with all the claims by the White House that proved to be false, was 9-11 an inside job?

...Aside from the above . . . Has anyone changed their views on 9-11 being an inside job? No, but it seems like it would've been pretty easy for anyone. Apparently, a lot of folks thought that might happen, long before it did: www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9jUEp_l7cE Hey, maybe the '93 bombing was also a conspiracy, just to set up the big one a few yrs. later.

The question is "Has my opinion changed?" and my answer would be no. But my orginal answer is I don't care enough to research it. And I guess that is true because I don't see how it would affect my life. If I was convinced 911 was an inside job, how does that change my life? I know the government did it so what do I do now? Would it change anything if there really was another shooter on the grassy knoll? Maybe it would, you tell me.
I like hearing these discussions because it is interesting. Sometimes it is interesting because I see how it could of happened like that and sometimes I'm thinking someone drank too much kool-aid. It's just not an interest to me. That's me.

For something like 911 or the recent school shooting to be a government operation, it would take hundreds of people to pull that off. How could they keep every person quiet? I'm not trying to argue, just asking a question.

Clear cut answer is (drum roll please)
I DON"T KNOW!
It seems to me that the right question to ask is WHY are they doing these things and how long are we going to let them?

I do believe that whether anyone cares or not, these events (if staged by our gov't) do affect each and every one of us.
I have a right to my own life and I don't buy into the old "our government knows what's best for us" or "we need our government to protect us from terrorists or ourselves". Ain't no "terrorists" messing with me or anybody I know. Is our gov't too much of a girl thingy to fight it's own battles on it's own? YEP! They have us go fight and die for THEIR problems (which they created in the first place because they couldn't mind their own d**n business and stay out of other people's affairs).
Who gave them the right to have any say over my life? Are they gods?
We live in a POLICE STATE (in case you haven't noticed). Good ole Uncle Sam tells us what we can eat, drink, smoke, see, hear, screw, etc. Why would anyone submit to being a slave for a bunch of rich pole smokers in DC or a bunch of corrupt bankers? Can't anybody see that these guys suck away at YOUR life. We're MADE to pay taxes for Washington to do things we wouldn't ever imagine doing. Things like bombing other countries, poisoning our water supply with fluoride, throwing people in jail because they got high. WTF? We are FORCED to agree to these taxes with threats of jail or forfeiture of our possessions.
As long as the gov't isn't made to be accountable to it's people, the people will suffer because they won't get off their own @sses and do something to stop this insanity.
We act like they should get a pass on all their indiscretions because they write laws for us to follow (they're exempt). How many laws do we need? Did you come with a new law for your kids each day?
This country was founded upon the Constitution. It is fairly short. Just a few basic guidelines and most of it putting restrictions on the government (not the people). The 1st amendment guarantees freedom of speech and the right to peaceful assembly, we now have "no protest zones". The 2nd amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Now you have to register, submit to background checks, special permits for concealed carry, how many bullets. GIMME A F@CKIN' BREAK!
to be continued (if my blood pressure goes down) . . .

You are so very correct when you bring out that our government is out of control. We have two parties to choose from and they are both full of crooks. The government makes laws the majority of people don't want. They force things upon us saying it is for our own good but they exempt themselves. Follow the money trail is a true statement. I'm all for pulling 80% of our troops home, pull our financial support to these outside countries, let the world suffer by themselves. Give our support to our people. reduce the deficit (spelling probably wrong). BUT, I do not believe the our government orchestrated (bad spelling again) the deaths of thousands of people in 911 or the deaths of school children. I do believe there are people who would do such a thing to be able to restrict our guns but I do not believe it could be kept quiet for long. And I'm willing to admit that I could be wrong. don
